Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram celebrity was born on 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley does not talk about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was a well-known bodybuilder in the 20s and 30s is credited with inspiring her passion for fitness. Ashley began swimming when she was just of four, and she has maintained throughout the past 10 years. She entered numerous competitions however she was not as committed since she wasn't prepared to adhere to an incredibly strict diet to ensure that her body was able to perform the best. She was somewhat popular during the time of her high school, mostly thanks to her attractive appearance and curvaceous body however, it's unclear if she has dated anyone during this period of her life. Ashley determined to put all of her efforts in becoming a fitness trainer and modeling model after graduating. Ashley discovered that she didn't like the appearance of her body at the age of 15. Her dad advised her to join the training facility. But she took his suggestion to work out slow. What she didn't know was that she'd go on to spend 9 years working on her physique before becoming an fitness icon. Ashley's win inspired her to participate in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. She finished seventh, and felt that this was an underperformance. The result led to Ashley push herself to be better. Ashley returned to the 2015. WBFF World Championships where she won 5th place. Once this competition ended, Ashley made the decision that she no longer wanted to compete. When she was competing she got requests for photo shoots, but she didn't want to combine careers. Once she quit after a while, she decided to make the decision to become an actress. A popular fitness mag published her as a cover model, which immediately launched an industry for fitness models. She has since gained a reputation as a sought-after model. She has appeared for many bikini brand names and globally renowned clothing companies.
